There's a deck with a BBQ waiting to be used. This special place is peaceful but still close to all the amenities and shopping one might need. You will have the upper portion and room on the 2nd floor all to yourselves as the care-taker lives on site in his private one-bedroom suite with separate entry, to ensure any concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. Newly installed EV a charger. Unfortunately, pool is not functional at this time.
